- Managing all hiring process for all level and positions.
- Reporting all hiring activities, including comprehensive statistic data of new-hired employees.
- Fulfilling manpower, at the same time controlling the fulfillment of manpower.
- Communicating with all users regarding the characteristic of candidates, manpower mapping in every departments, and reporting psychological test results of every candidates.
- Bachelor degree majoring Psychology, max. 35 years old.
- Having min. 5 years experience as Senior Recruiter or 3 years experience as Recruitment Specialist/ Supervisor level.
- Having experience at managing people.
- Understanding in psychological assessment and its interpretation, and behavioral event interview as well.
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent leadership skills, independent.
- Able to work in dynamic environment and flexible to change.
- Self-driven, having willingness to learn, well-adaptable.
