- Searching for candidate from various sourcing channel and in a creative way.
- Conducting psychological testing and behavioral interview before proposing candidate to users.
- Maintaining a good relationship with users in every directorate and acting as their business partner.

- Propose candidate`s salary approval to HR Head, and making the proposal based on the right justification.
- Bachelor degree majoring Psychology, with min GPA 3.00, max. 27 years old.
- Having 2 years experience as a recruiter.
- Familiar with DISC, Papi Kostick, BAUM, Wartegg.
- Able to conduct behavioral event interview.
- Able to work in the tight deadlines.
- Having pleasant personality.
- Well adaptable in dynamic working environment.
