Organization Development (OD) Supervisor/ Specialist

Managing manpower plan throughout the year and updating its fulfillment to get right data of updated manpower in every directorate, including counting employees` productivity then comparing to the current organization`s target.
Maintaining organization structure gradually, so HR have the updated organization structure. Aware of every changes in the organization, and facilitate every directorate to change the structure according to the organization`s needs and development.
Actively involved in annual and mid-year performance appraisal process.
Responsible for employees` promotion & rotation, and making it official with publishing the decree for every employee.
Max. 35 years old, Bachelor degree majoring Psychology or Human Resource Management.
At least 5 years experience as OD Senior Officer or 2 years experience as OD Supervisor.
Comprehensive understanding and practices in organizational structure, competencies, work load analysis, training and talent development, manpower mapping, KPI, & performance appraisal.
Human oriented, meanwhile understands organizations effectiveness & efficiencies as well.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Able to work in dynamic environment.
