- The incumbent would be responsible in all payroll process.
- Beside the payroll, he/she also responsible in benefit reimbursement, such as glasses and birth reimbursement.
- Responsible for salary increment calculation at the end of Performance Appraisal periods, and execute it based on company`s policy on salary adjustments.
- Min. Bachelor degree from any major.
- Having min. 3 years experiences as a payroll officer in company with at least 1000 employees.
- Having experiences in compensation & benefit matters would be an advantage.
- Detail oriented.
- Good communication skill.
- Well adaptable, fast learner.
